Ingredients
3 3/4 cups flour
3 teaspoons baking powder
1 cup sugar
1 cup butter
1 egg
3/4 cup carnation milk (1/2 milk + 1/2 water)
Preparation
Sift together dry
ingredients.
Cut in butter until
crumbly.
With a fork stir in 1 egg
and 3/4 cup of milk to form a dough.
Roll out ( I half the
dough) cover with sugar and cinnamon and roll up, cut into about 1 inch
portions.
Place in greased 9 by 13
pan (I get 28 rolls out of a recipe) sprinkle with a bit of brown sugar if you
like .
Bake at 375 F. for 25 min.
If you prefer and did not
use the brown sugar, drizzle with some icing while hot.
