Ingredients
Combine in large mixing bowl:
1½ cups gluten free four
3 tablespoons dry powdered milk
½ teaspoon salt
2¼ teaspoons gluten free baking powder
½ teaspoon Italian seasoning (optional)
¼ cup shredded cheese (optional)
Blend dry ingredients well.
Combine in smaller mixing bowl:
1 egg (well beaten)
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 teaspoon gluten free vinegar (apple or rice vinegar)
½ cup plus 1 tablespoon water
Mix wet ingredients well.
Pour wet ingredients into the bowl containing the dry ingredients and mix well.
Drop large spoonful sizes of dough on parchment lined baking sheet. Bake in hot oven 450 degrees F for about 12 minutes or until done.
